This was an agave that I tried blind. I took notes and received the reveal when I was finished.
Cream, viengar, light beet / tomato. Very agave forward - ripe and efervescent. Plenty of confectioners sugar and light minerality. Faint lemon zest.
Thin but no heat. Light earthiness. Musty and sour with salt, copper, notes of soapstone and charcoal. Pepper.
Short, no heat again but also not super imposing. Light vinegar, faint tomato juice. Mango. light brine and some ash.
Delicious and complex although not very in your face. Not a terrible thing. I like this and would easily drink it once more, and again after that.
