Intro:
Nosotros Tequila has worn a lot of hats — in 2022 it debuted the world's first cider-aged tequila, and a couple years before that distilled the notorious Tesla Tequila. This is the brand's flagship blanco expression. Let's see what it brings to the table.

Nose:
Light vinegar, apple, pear, clover honey and a unique gummy bear note. Pleasant, generally sweet, a pop of savory character. Fun.

Taste:
Moderate mouthfeel, full of honey, cream, apples, confectioners sugar and a light char note. Pleasant, the ABV is entirely absent. It's not wildly complex but it's sweet, has a touch of fruit, and is easy on the palate.

Finish:
Moderate finish, a hint of char, apple, cream and sweetness. Entirely pleasant but it's brief and I can't help but notice how much it doesn't remind me of agave.

Overall:
This is pleasant, easy to drink, but light on agave character. It's totally fine, easy to enjoy, but if you're looking for a powerhouse of agave spirit that's truly agave forward, there are stronger bottles out there.
