Distilled by Abdias De La Luz Rodriguez, this release is distilled using Papalometl for Luneta.
Bright, funky and vegetal. Blue cheese meets green bell pepper.
Light salinity and clay. Sweet on the palate, light salinity, faint bell pepper and some cracked corn.
Long peppery finish with a touch of clay, pepper and jalapeƱo.
Overall, I like it - the vegetal character mixes well with the clay, pepper and corn. It's an easy sipper.
