Intro:
Distilled by one of my all time favorites, this Mexicano was produced by Berta Vasquez in Chichicapam for Luneta.

Nose:
Smoky at first with a big vegetal nose.

Taste:
Cotton candy, big pepper notes, sweet lemon, lime and a light creaminess to the palate.

Finish:
Long finish that’s desserty and sweet - cream forward with some peppery, lightly ashy undertones.

Overall:
It's always a treat to drink the work of the Maestra! This Mexicano highlights what I loved about her initial batches.
