Intro:
This is an interesting bottling - an Espadin distilled on copper by Filgencio Ramirez, with fruits included. It was distilled in San Agustin Amatengo. This is a palanque direct bottling, so I don't have ABV. Let's dive in.

Nose:
Vanilla bean, leather, fruit loops cereal. Vibrant and complex.

Taste:
Sweet, fruity, complex. Nice mouth feel. Honey, berries, sweet apple, vanilla and yogurt. Interesting and complex.

Finish:
Long, sweet and pepper-y. Sweet corn, sweet vanilla, raspberry, lemon, pear. Nice clay and pepper.

Overall:
Bonkers good and wildly complex. Certainly unique.
