Excerpt: A bright, citrusy nose of lime and grapefruit mingles with a whiff of green pepper. The palate takes on more tropical and herbal notes with pineapple, mint, thyme and oregano. It finishes clean with earthy flavors of dark chocolate, mushroom and a tangy hint of tangerine.
Excerpt: Fortaleza Still Strength is a delicious pour that does a fantastic job of melding bright fruit notes with earthy, more vegetal ones.
