Using blue agave of 7-8 years of age, Fortaleza Anejo spends 23 months aging in barrels. Le'ts see how it is.
Spearmint, bell peppers, cream cheese frosting. Light vanilla, some pepper.
Medium mouth feel. Lots of honey, light agave. Pepper, faint clay, lots more pepper, string beans, spearmint.
Short but clean. Nice oak presence. More spearmint, oak and some pepper.
I like this but wish I opted for the blanco or reposado. Ill try those next. That said, big fan.
