Excerpt: Sweet, heavy oak nose, pang of ethanol, syrupy sweet agave. Thin mouth feel, not a lot going on. No heat. Agave, light smoke, faint oak, pepper. This is interesting but not exceptional. I don't really pick up much on the barrel influence, and there wasn't a ton going on in the first place.
Excerpt: Dried fruits, golden apple, vanilla, and dark caramel combined with cinnamon and nutmeg further enhance the liquid pie quality. This is a good one to recommend for those who prefer a sweeter, richer style of aƱejo, but it seems to cover up most of the true agave essence.
