Excerpt: The flavor is just strange, bitter, and unappealing. There’s none of the herbal agave that is a hallmark of a good blanco tequila — just heavy vanilla and bitterness on the finish. I think just about everything about this tequila is terrible.
Excerpt: On the palate the tequila is slick and sweet, again with vanilla being the dominant flavor. There's a slight bitter tequila bite, but it's so sweet that you won't really notice unless you look for it. Really not meant for sipping so tequila aficionados won't find much to like here. Everyone else, shoot it or mix it.
Excerpt: Creamy, with lots of vanilla and more red berry notes. A tinge of earthy greenery on the finish is about as mild as could be. There’s nothing really wrong with it as it stands, but it doesn’t taste much like tequila. If you told me this was a vanilla-flavored vodka I would have believed you.
