Big, bold, sweet, fruity. The clay is king here, pairing nicely with mango, kiwi and lime. Rich cream cheese, icing, vanilla bean. Funky but not sour, sweet but not cloying. Ripe and juicy.
Sweet at first, then pepper and clay storm in. A rich meatiness, some minerality. Charcoal and cedar wood notes. Big and juicy, mango and papaya on the back palate.
Long, ashy, mineral forward and loaded with clay, beef bouillon, minerality, pepper and brine. The fruits are gone, leaving a pungent, savory finish.
Tio can really bring it. This simply great, complex, and delightful. Its hard not to love this from beginning to end.
