Huge bell pepper, green onion, pepper. Incredibly grassy. Malt vinegar. Fresh string beans, asparagus, celery.
Pepper, clay. Light brine. Tons of bell pepper, fresh cut wheat grass. Celery, string beans.
Long acrid and powerful. Clay, pepper, more earthy. No heat.
So incredibly unique in that it tastes like the majority of the produce aisle. It’s not my favorite, but it’s certainly well made.
