Produced from a very small run of bottles (22) - this Tepextate is distilled by Sergio J Patricio. Let's see how it is!

Nose:
Huge bell pepper, green onion, pepper. Incredibly grassy. Malt vinegar. Fresh string beans, asparagus, celery.

Taste:
Pepper, clay. Light brine. Tons of bell pepper, fresh cut wheat grass. Celery, string beans.

Finish:
Long acrid and powerful. Clay, pepper, more earthy. No heat.

Overall:
So incredibly unique in that it tastes like the majority of the produce aisle. It’s not my favorite, but it’s certainly well made.
