Released as part of La Coleccion Mextena, this Mexicanito is distilled by Anatolio Ramirez for Sentidos using a combination clay pot and stainless steel still in San Jose Rio Minas.
Bright, lactic, fruity and fun. Mango, sour milk, salinity, olives. Savory, gose like.
Extremely concentrated - fruity and bright. Lemon, orange, grapefruit, honey. Brine, minerality, sour at times. Lots of pepper.
Long, ashy finish with plenty of cream, honey, lime, salt and this slate stone note.
Incredibly unique, I’ve had nothing like it. This reminds me of a super savory, lactic gose with all sorts of stone and smoke character. Incredible.
